To provide ViolationsWatch, send EPA compliance alerts, and process payments. We do not sell your data.

3. Third Parties

Stripe (payments), Brevo (email), Cloudflare (CDN).

4. Retention

Data kept for account duration plus 90 days after cancellation.

5. Your Rights

Email [email protected] to access or delete your data. We do not sell personal information.
